Clutch Pedal (For Rhd) -- Reassembly |
| 1. INSTALL CUSHION (w/ Cruise Control System) |

Install the cushion to the clutch pedal.
| 2. INSTALL PEDAL SPRING HOOK (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the hook.
Install the hook.
| 3. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL TURN OVER BUSH (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the bush.
Install the bush.
| 4. INSTALL NO. 1 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION |
 |
Install the cushion to the clutch pedal.
| 5. INSTALL COLLAR |
 |
Apply MP grease to both ends of the collar and 2 new bushes.
Install the collar.
Install the 2 bushes.
| 6. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Install the clutch pedal to the clutch pedal support with the bolt and nut.
- Torque:
- 26 N*m{265 kgf*cm, 19 ft.*lbf}
- HINT:
- Install the bolt from the right side of the vehicle.
w/ Turn Over:
Install the clutch pedal return spring.

| 7. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Apply MP grease to the contact surface of the clutch pedal spring holder.
Install the clutch pedal spring holder.
| 8. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING (w/ Turn Over) |
 |
Install the spring.
