Clutch Pedal Installation


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL PUSH ROD CLEVIS PIN

  3. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  5. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR

Clutch Pedal -- Installation



1. INSTALL CLUTCH PEDAL ASSEMBLY


Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.Clutch.Clutch Pedal.Clutch Pedal Installation

  1. Install the clutch pedal.

  1. Install the bolt and 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    14 N*m{143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf} for nut A
    18 N*m{184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf} for bolt B


2. INSTALL PUSH ROD CLEVIS PIN


Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50

  1. Install the pin and a new clip.



3. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY


Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50
NOTICE:
There are 2 types of combination meters. One type has a 40 pin connector and 16 pin connector. The other type only has a 40 pin connector.

  1. Connect all connectors.

  1. Install the combination meter with the 3 screws.



4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL NO.1

  1. Connect all connectors.

  1. Attach the 6 claws and 4 clips to install the panel.

  1. Install the panel with the screw <C>.



5. CHECK FLUID LEVEL IN RESERVOIR

  1. Check the fluid level in the reservoir (Toyota Fortuner RM000001FSF001X.html).
