1. REPAIR INTAKE VALVE SEAT
NOTICE:
  1. Repair the seat while checking the seating position.
  2. Keep the lip free of foreign matter.
  3. Take off the cutter gradually to make the intake valve seat smooth.

  1. If the seating is too high on the valve face, use 25 and 45° cutters to correct the seat.

  1. If the seating is too low on the valve face, use 70 and 45° cutters to correct the seat.

  1. Hand-lap the valve and valve seat with an abrasive compound.

  1. Clean the valve and valve seat.



2. REPAIR EXHAUST VALVE SEAT
NOTICE:
  1. Repair the seat while checking the seating position.
