Knock Sensor Installation


  1. INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR

  2. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD

  3. INSTALL ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Knock Sensor -- Installation



1. INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR


    Toyota Fortuner. Ggn50, 60 Kun51, 61 Tgn51 Lan50.1Gr-Fe Engine Control System.Knock Sensor.Knock Sensor Installation

  1. Install the 2 knock sensors with the 2 bolts as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    20 N*m{204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf}

  1. Connect the 2 knock sensor connectors.



2. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD

  1. Install the cylinder head (Toyota Fortuner RM000000YMM003X.html).



3. INSTALL ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the engine (Toyota Fortuner RM000000YMF003X.html).



4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
