POWER BACK DOOR CONTROL SWITCH - INSPECTION
| 1. INSPECT DOOR CONTROL SWITCH |
Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Standard Resistance:
Tester Connection Switch Condition Specified Condition 3 (E) - 6 (CSW) Pushed (on) Below 1 Ω 3 (E) - 6 (CSW) Not pushed (off) 10 kΩ or higher
If the result is not as specified, replace the door control switch.
Apply battery voltage to the connector and check the LED illumination.
- OK:
Measurement Condition Specified Condition Battery positive (+) → terminal 5 (ILL+)
Battery negative (-) → terminal 4 (ILL-)Illuminates
