1. INSPECT NO. 1 COOLING FAN MOTOR


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150.Система Охлаждения 2Ad-Fhv.Система Охлаждения.Электродвигатель Вентилятора Системы Охлаждения Проверка Без Снятия С Автомобиля

  1. Disconnect the No. 1 cooling fan motor connector.

  1. Connect the battery and an ammeter to the No. 1 cooling fan motor connector.

  1. Check that the No. 1 cooling fan motor rotates smoothly, and then check the reading on the ammeter.

    Standard current:
    Item
    		Specified Condition
    Cooling fan motor
    		11.7 to 14.7 A at 20°C (68°F), 12 V
    If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 cooling fan motor.

  1. Reconnect the No. 1 cooling fan motor connector.



2. INSPECT NO. 2 COOLING FAN MOTOR (w/ Air Conditioning System)

  1. Disconnect the No. 2 cooling fan motor connector.

  1. Check that the No. 2 cooling fan motor rotates smoothly, and then check the reading on the ammeter.

    		7.9 to 10.9 A at 20°C (68°F), 12 V
    If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 2 cooling fan motor.

  1. Reconnect the No. 2 cooling fan motor connector.
