  1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

  3. PERFORM DIESEL THROTTLE BODY INITIALIZATION

Diesel Throttle Body (W/O Glow Plug Controller) -- Installation



1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

  1. Install a new gasket and the diesel throttle body with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

    Torque:
    20 N*m{204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf}

  1. Connect the 2 connectors.



2. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

3. PERFORM DIESEL THROTTLE BODY INITIALIZATION
w/EGR Cooler: (HILUX_TGN26 RM000000TIN04FX.html)
w/o EGR Cooler: (HILUX_TGN26 RM000000TIN04BX.html)
