  1. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH

  5. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)

  6. INSTALL REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  7. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  8. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER

  9. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM POCKET TRAY

  10. INSTALL FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  11. INSTALL NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover)

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

  13. INSTALL REAR FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY

  14. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM COVER HOLE LH

  15. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM COVER HOLE RH

  16. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT REAR SUPPORT PLATE

  17. INSTALL MAT SET PLATE COVER

  18. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  19. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 1 Seat)

  20. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  22. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Fuel Lid Lock Control Cable Assembly (For 3 Door) -- Installation



1. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. for LHD:
    Attach the 12 clamps to install the fuel lid lock control cable.

  1. for RHD:
    Attach the 14 clamps to install the fuel lid lock control cable.

  1. Install the lock retainer and turn it clockwise.

  1. Install the cable and turn it clockwise as shown in the illustration.



2. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY


  1. for LHD:



      Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

    1. Return the front floor carpet to its original position and attach the 4 clamps.



  1. for RHD:



      Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

    1. Return the front floor carpet to its original position and attach the 8 clamps.



3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable assembly to the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the fuel lid control lever sub-assembly.



4. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Attach the 4 clips, 10 claws and 2 guides to install the door scuff plate.



5. INSTALL DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH (for RHD)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


6. INSTALL REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Attach the 4 claws and 2 guides and pass the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor through the rear quarter trim panel.

  1. Attach the 7 clips to install the rear quarter trim panel.



7. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Attach the 9 claws and 11 clips to install the deck trim side panel.

  1. Install the 3 bolts and 2 screws.

  1. Install the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

  1. Install the front seat outer belt floor anchor with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}


8. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the other outer lap belt anchor cover.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the outer lap belt anchor cover.



9. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM POCKET TRAY

  1. Attach the 6 claws and 2 guides to install the quarter trim pocket tray.



10. INSTALL FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover)
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the other front deck side trim cover.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the front deck side trim cover.



11. INSTALL NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover)
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the other tonneau cover holder cap.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the tonneau cover holder cap.



12. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the other No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook.

  1. Install the No. 1 luggage compartment trim hook so that it is positioned horizontally.



13. INSTALL REAR FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the rear floor carpet.



14. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM COVER HOLE LH

  1. Attach the 2 claws and 2 guides to install the quarter trim cover hole.



15. INSTALL QUARTER TRIM COVER HOLE RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


16. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT REAR SUPPORT PLATE

  1. Attach the 6 claws to install the rear floor mat rear support plate.

  1. Install the 5 screws.



17. INSTALL MAT SET PLATE COVER
HINT:
Use the same procedure for all mat set plate covers.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the mat set plate cover.



18. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover)

  1. Install the tonneau cover.



19. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 1 Seat)

  1. for LH Side:
    Install the rear No. 1 seat assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046ZG006X.html).

  1. for RH Side:
    Install the rear No. 1 seat assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046ZL006X.html).



20. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  1. for Automatic Transmission:
    Install the console box assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046JB008X.html).

  1. for Manual Transmission:
    Install the console box assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046N4006X.html).

  1. w/ Refrigerated Cool Box:
    Install the console box assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046MQ00KX.html).



21. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  1. for Manual Seat:
    Install the front seat assembly (LandCruiser RM00000465W00ZX.html).

  1. for Walk in Seat:
    Install the front seat assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046B600AX.html).



22. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (LandCruiser RM000003YMF011X.html).
