1. INSTALL TRANSFER ADAPTOR OIL SEAL

  1. Coat the lip of a new oil seal with MP grease.

  1. Using SST and a hammer, tap in the oil seal.

    SST
    09223-00010
    Standard depth:
    45.5 +-0.5 mm (1.791 +-0.020 in.)
    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the lip of the oil seal.


2. INSTALL TRANSFER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the transfer (Toyota Fortuner RM000001HGT001X.html).



3. INSTALL MANUAL TRANSMISSION UNIT ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the manual transmission unit (Toyota Fortuner RM0000011AJ005X.html).
