Before starting the engine, firmly depress the clutch pedal until the indicator in the engine switch turns green.

Turn the engine switch on (IG), and measure the duration of time that the light remains illuminated.

If the result is not as specified, check the ECM, engine coolant temperature sensor, glow plug and glow plug relay.

Install the 6 ignition coils with the 6 bolts.

Raise the V-bank cover to disengage the clip on the rear of the cover. Raise the cover again to disengage the 2 clips on the front of the cover and remove the cover.

Check for DTCs.
