Check if the cellular phone is registered as a connected device and the "Bluetooth" settings are correct.

Place the cellular phone close to the multi-media module receiver assembly.

Check if the system voice recognition level is low when recognizing a particular voice.

Confirm the information about the situation when the route calculation did not complete.

Display the "Voice Settings" screen.

Check the cabin for any object that might interrupt radio reception on the instrument panel. If such an object exists, remove it and check if the GPS mark reappears.

Check with the customer if the vehicle has been turned by a turntable.

Display the "DISP" screen.

Check if there is any foreign matter caught between the display and exterior frame of the multi-display.
