With the engine running, check that the center stream of washer fluid sprays on the windshield within the hatched area shown in the illustration.

• Standard:
• Washer fluid hits the windshield in the area shown in the illustration.

If the result is not as specified, replace the washer nozzle.

Connect the hose.

Select a washer nozzle so that the contact area is within the standard. Replace the washer nozzle with the selected one.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

• Standard Resistance:

• Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
  1 - 2	Always	22 Ω

If the result is not as specified, replace the Washer nozzle sub-assembly.

Remove the 7 clips and radiator support seal.
