DTC C1443 Invalid Data Received from Yaw Rate Sensor


DESCRIPTION

The skid control ECU receives signals from the yaw rate and deceleration sensor via the CAN communication system.
The yaw rate sensor has a built-in deceleration sensor and detects the vehicle condition.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
When replacing the yaw rate sensor assembly, perform zero point calibration (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001K1O00SX.html).
1.CHECK DTC
  1. Turn the ignition switch off.

  1. Clear the DTC (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ027X.html).

  1. Start and idle the engine for 60 seconds, and then stop the engine.

  1. Check if the same DTC is output (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONJ027X.html).
