  1. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  2. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

  3. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP AND GAUGE TUBE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

  4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (for 3 Door)

  5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (for 3 Door)

Fuel Sender Gauge Assembly (For Single Tank Type) -- Installation



1. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155.2Tr-Fe Fuel.Fuel System.Fuel Sender Gauge Assembly (For Single Tank Type) Installation

  1. Set the fuel sender gauge assembly on the No. 1 fuel sub-tank. Then slide the fuel sender gauge assembly downward to install it.

  1. Connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector.



2. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY (for 3 Door)

  1. Install a new gasket and fuel sender gauge assembly with the 5 screws.

    Torque:
    1.5 N*m{15 kgf*cm, 13 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the fuel sender gauge assembly connector and fuel pump connector.



3. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION WITH PUMP AND GAUGE TUBE ASSEMBLY (for 5 Door)

4. INSTALL REAR FLOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER (for 3 Door)

  1. Install the rear floor service hole cover with the 3 screws.



5. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT SUPPORT PLATE (for 3 Door)

  1. Attach the 6 claws to install the rear floor mat rear support plate.

  1. Install the 5 screws.
