DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored if the rear television camera assembly receives a signal via CAN communication from the spiral with sensor cable sub-assembly that indicates a power supply problem.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
  1. Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following procedure.
  2. When "System initializing" is displayed on the navigation receiver assembly*1 or radio and display receiver assembly*2 after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point (LandCruiser RM0000035DE05YX.html).
    1. *1: for Navigation Receiver Type
    2. *2: for Radio and Display Type
  3. Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the parking assist monitor system may be needed (LandCruiser RM0000035DD06QX.html).
  4. The parking assist monitor system uses the CAN communication system. Inspect the communication function by following How to Proceed with Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot the parking assist monitor system after confirming that the communication system is functioning properly (LandCruiser RM000001RSO0BZX.html).
  5. The vehicle is equipped with a Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) which includes components such as airbags. Before servicing (including removal or installation of parts), be sure to read the precaution for Supplemental Restraint System (LandCruiser RM000000KT10NVX.html).

  1. Disconnect the G33 spiral with sensor cable sub-assembly connector (LandCruiser RM000002O8X02DX.html).

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
