Exhaust Pipe Installation

Using a vernier caliper, measure the free length of the compression spring.

Minimum length:

41.5 mm (1.634 in.)

Install a new gasket by hand so that its surface is flush with the center exhaust manifold.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Make sure the gasket is facing the correct direction.
   
2. Do not reuse the removed gasket.
   
3. Do not push in the gasket while installing the exhaust pipe.
   

Connect the 3 exhaust pipe supports, and install the front exhaust pipe.

Install the 2 compression springs and 2 bolts.

Install a new gasket by hand so that its surface is flush with the center exhaust pipe.

3. Do not push in the gasket while installing the tailpipe.
   

Connect the 2 exhaust pipe supports, and install the tailpipe.

Install the 2 compression springs and 2 bolts.

Using SST, install the sensor to the front exhaust pipe.

Момент затяжки:

40 Н*м{408 кгс*см, 30 фунт-сила-футов} for use with SST

44 Н*м{449 кгс*см, 32 фунт-сила-футов} for use without SST

УКАЗАНИЕ:

1. Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 30 cm (11.81 in.).
   
2. Make sure SST and wrench are connected in a straight line.
   

Connect the sensor connector.
