  1. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  2. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT RH

  3. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  5. CONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

Drive Belt -- Installation



1. INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  1. Using SST and 22 mm wrench, rotate the tensioner pulley counterclockwise, and then install the V-ribbed belt.

    Специальный инструмент (SST):
    09216-42010
    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Make sure that the V-ribbed belt is set properly at each pulley.
    2. Make sure SST is installed as shown in the illustration. If not, SST and/or the V-ribbed belt may not be able to be removed.


2. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION MEMBER REINFORCEMENT RH

  1. Install the reinforcement with the 4 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    95 Н*м{969 кгс*см, 70 фунт-сила-футов}


3. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  1. Install the engine under cover with the 2 clips.



4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  1. Install the engine under cover with the 12 clips and 4 bolts.



5. CONNECT RADIATOR RESERVE TANK

  1. Install the reserve tank bracket with the bolt.



    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Ala30

  1. Connect the reserve tank with the 2 bolts.



6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Ala30

  1. Attach the 4 clips to install the engine cover.
