Система Управления Двигателем 5L-E.

  1. REMOVE RESONATOR WITH AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INTAKE PIPE

  3. REMOVE INTAKE FLANGE

  4. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY

Корпус Дроссельной Заслонки Дизельного Двигателя -- Снятие



1. REMOVE RESONATOR WITH AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY



  1. Disconnect the sensor connector.

  1. Detach the wire harness clamp.

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the resonator with air cleaner cap.




  1. Detach the 4 hook clamps, and then remove the air cleaner cap and resonator with air cleaner cap.



2. REMOVE INTAKE PIPE



  1. Remove the 2 bolts.

  1. Loosen the hose clamp and remove the intake pipe.



3. REMOVE INTAKE FLANGE

  1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the heater water hose.

  1. Disconnect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector.




  1. Disconnect the PCV hose.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts, intake flange and gasket.



4. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY



  1. Disconnect the throttle open switch connector.

  1. Disconnect the throttle control motor connector.

  1. Remove the diesel throttle body and gasket.
