  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

  2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

  3. REMOVE COWL BODY MOUNTING REINFORCEMENT LH (for Hatchback)

  4. REMOVE COWL TOP PANEL OUTER (for Sedan)

  5. REMOVE COWL TOP PANEL OUTER (for Hatchback)

  6. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  8. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

  9. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY

  11. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD

  12. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

Выпускной Коллектор -- Снятие



1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Hold the rear of the cover and raise it to disengage the 2 clips on the front of the cover. Continue to raise the cover to disengage the 2 clips on the front of the cover and remove the cover.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Attempting to disengage both front and rear clips at the same time may cause the cover to break.


2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

3. REMOVE COWL BODY MOUNTING REINFORCEMENT LH (for Hatchback)

  1. Выверните 3 болта и снимите левый усилитель крепления кожуха к кузову.



4. REMOVE COWL TOP PANEL OUTER (for Sedan)


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Освободите зажим и отогните правую водозащитную пластину, как показано на рисунке.

  1. Расцепите зажим.

  1. Выверните 10 болтов и снимите наружную верхнюю панель кожуха.



5. REMOVE COWL TOP PANEL OUTER (for Hatchback)

  1. Отсоедините зажимы и отогните правую водозащитную пластину и брызгозащитное уплотнение воздуховода отопителя № 1, как показано на рисунке.

  1. Выверните 8 болтов и снимите наружную верхнюю панель кожуха.



6. REMOVE AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

  1. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

  1. Using SST, remove the air fuel ratio sensor from the exhaust manifold.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Do not damage the air fuel ratio sensor.


7. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Remove the 4 bolts, and then remove the No. 1 exhaust manifold heat insulator.



8. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR

  1. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector.

  1. Using SST, remove the oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Do not damage the oxygen sensor.


9. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.

  1. Remove the exhaust pipe support, and then remove the front exhaust pipe assembly.



10. REMOVE MANIFOLD STAY

  1. Remove the 3 bolts, and then remove the manifold stay.



11. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 5 nuts, and then remove the exhaust manifold.

  1. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.



12. REMOVE NO. 2 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT INSULATOR

  1. Remove the 3 bolts, and then remove the No. 2 exhaust manifold heat insulator.
