  4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  5. REGISTER INJECTOR COMPENSATION CODE

  6. REGISTER CATALYST RECORD OF DPNR THERMAL DETERIORATION

  7. REGISTER IMMOBILISER COMMUNICATION ID

  8. INITIALIZE THE LEARNING VALUE OF THE SUPPLY PUMP ASSEMBLY

Ecm -- Установка



1. INSTALL ECM


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install the bracket to the ECM with the 4 screws.

    Момент затяжки:
    3.0 Н*м{30 кгс*см, 27 фунт-сила-дюймов}

  1. Install the ECM with the 2 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    8.0 Н*м{82 кгс*см, 71 фунт-сила-дюймов}


  1. Connect the 2 ECM connectors.

    1. Connect the 2 ECM connectors and lower the 2 levers.

      ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
      1. When connecting the connectors, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not get caught between the connectors and other parts.
      2. Make sure that the 2 levers are securely lowered.


2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install the 3 bolts and air cleaner case.

    7.0 Н*м{71 кгс*см, 62 фунт-сила-дюймов}


3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the air cleaner filter element.



    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install the air cleaner cap sub-assembly, and connect the 2 clamps and band.

  1. Connect the No. 2 ventilation hose.

  1. Connect the mass air flow meter connector.



4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Attach the 4 clips to install the engine cover.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Line up the 4 grommets using the oil filler cap and oil dipstick as guides.
    2. Push down on the four locations shown to install the cover.


5. REGISTER INJECTOR COMPENSATION CODE
When the ECM is replaced, all of the existing injector compensation codes must be input into the new ECM (See page Нажмите здесь).


6. REGISTER CATALYST RECORD OF DPNR THERMAL DETERIORATION
After replacing the ECM, input the original thermal deterioration data stored before replacement (See page Нажмите здесь).


7. REGISTER IMMOBILISER COMMUNICATION ID
ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
If the ECM is replaced, register the ECM communication ID for Immobiliser System (Refer to the Service Bulletin for Registration).


8. INITIALIZE THE LEARNING VALUE OF THE SUPPLY PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Perform initialization procedure (See page Нажмите здесь).
