  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  4. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 INJECTION PIPE CLAMP

  7. REMOVE NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE FUEL INLET PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE SUPPLY PUMP ASSEMBLY

Нагнетающий Топливный Насос -- Снятие



1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

  1. Loosen the radiator drain cock plug.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Collect the coolant in a container and dispose of it according to the regulations in your area.

  1. Remove the radiator reservoir cap.

    ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:
    Do not remove the radiator reservoir cap while the engine and radiator are still hot.
    Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.


  1. Loosen the cylinder block drain cock plug.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    The plug is on the backside of the generator on the exhaust manifold side.

2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the mass air flow meter connector.

  1. Disconnect the No. 2 ventilation hose.

  1. Disconnect the 2 clamps and band, and remove the air cleaner cap sub-assembly.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  1. Disengage the 4 pins and remove No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly.



4. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 2 water by-pass hoses.

  1. Remove the bolt and 4 nuts, then remove the EGR cooler assembly.

  1. Remove the 2 gaskets.



5. REMOVE VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector clamp and connector.

  1. Disengage the 2 hose clamps and disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts, then remove the vacuum regulating valve together with the bracket.



6. REMOVE NO. 1 INJECTION PIPE CLAMP

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, then remove the No. 1 injection pipe clamp.



7. REMOVE NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 5 retainer springs, then remove the nozzle leakage pipe.



8. REMOVE FUEL INLET PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a wrench (17 mm), hold the supply pump steadily, and using SST, remove the fuel inlet pipe from the supply pump side.

  1. Using SST, remove the fuel inlet pipe from the common rail side.

  1. After removing the fuel inlet pipe, cover the common rail with vinyl tape and cover the injector inlet with a plastic bag in order to prevent dust and foreign matter from entering.



9. REMOVE SUPPLY PUMP ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 3 fuel hoses.

  1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts, then remove the supply pump.

  1. Remove the supply pump drive coupling.

  1. Remove the O-ring.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    When removing the supply pump, make sure that the drive coupling does not fall off, as it can be easily removed. If the drive coupling falls off, replace it with a new one.
