INSTALL VALVE STEM OIL O SEAL OR RING
INSTALL INTAKE VALVE
INSTALL EXHAUST VALVE

Install a new gasket onto the plug.
Using a 6 mm socket hexagon wrench, install the No. 1 taper screw plug.

| 2. INSTALL VALVE ROCKER ARM PIVOT |
Install the valve rocker arm pivot onto the cylinder head sub-assembly.

| 3. INSTALL VALVE SPRING SEAT PLATE WASHER |
Install the valve spring seat plate washer onto the cylinder head sub-assembly.
| 4. INSTALL VALVE STEM OIL O SEAL OR RING |
Apply a light coat of engine oil to the lip of a new valve stem oil seal or ring.
Install the intake valve, outer compression spring and valve spring retainer onto the cylinder head.
Using SST, install the valve spring retainer lock.

Using a plastic-faced hammer, lightly tap the valve stem tip to ensure that it fits properly.
- ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
- Do not damage the tip of the valve stem.
Apply a light coat of engine oil to the valve stem cap.
Install the exhaust valve, outer compression spring and valve spring retainer onto the cylinder head.
Using SST, install the valve spring retainer lock.

Using a plastic-faced hammer, lightly tap the valve stem tip to ensure that it fits properly.

Apply a light coat of engine oil to the valve stem cap.
