| 1. REMOVE GENERATOR CLUTCH PULLEY |
Set SST (A) and (B).
- SST
- 09820-63020
 |
Clamp SST (A) in a vise.
 |
Set the generator assembly to SST.
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- At this time, make sure that the generator and SST are perpendicular to one another.
Insert the 3 tabs of SST(B) into the 3 holes on the pulley.
To loosen the pulley, turn SST (B) in the direction shown in the illustration.
Remove the generator from SST.
Remove the generator with clutch pulley from the rotor shaft.

| 2. REMOVE GENERATOR REAR END COVER |
Remove the 3 nuts and generator rear end cover.
 |
Remove the terminal insulator.
 |
| 3. REMOVE GENERATOR BRUSH HOLDER ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 2 screws and generator brush holder.
 |
| 4. REMOVE GENERATOR ROTOR ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 4 bolts.
 |
Using SST, remove the generator drive end frame.

Remove the generator washer from the generator rotor.
Remove the generator rotor from the generator drive end frame.
| 5. REMOVE GENERATOR DRIVE END FRAME BEARING |
Remove the 4 screws and bearing retainer plate.
 |
Using SST and a hammer, tap out the bearing.
