  1. REMOVE INTAKE VALVE

  2. REMOVE EXHAUST VALVE

  3. REMOVE VALVE STEM OIL SEAL

  4. REMOVE VALVE SPRING SEAT

1. REMOVE INTAKE VALVE

  1. Using SST and wooden blocks, compress the compression springs and remove the 16 valve spring retainer locks.

  1. Remove the 8 retainers, 8 compression springs and 8 intake valves.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Arrange the removed parts in the correct order.


2. REMOVE EXHAUST VALVE

  1. Using SST and wooden blocks, compress the compression springs and remove the 16 valve spring retainer locks.

  1. Remove the 8 retainers, 8 compression springs and 8 exhaust valves.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Arrange the removed parts in the correct order.


3. REMOVE VALVE STEM OIL SEAL


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Using needle-nose pliers, remove the 16 valve stem oil seals.



4. REMOVE VALVE SPRING SEAT


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Using compressed air and a magnetic pick-up tool, remove the 16 valve spring seats by blowing air onto them.
