  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR (for CCo)

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR (for DPF)

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR (for DPF)

  5. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for CCo)

  6. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for DPF)

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO INSULATOR

  8. REMOVE NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

  9. REMOVE TURBO OIL OUTLET PIPE

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 TURBO OIL PIPE

  11. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER STAY

  12. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Турбонагнетатель -- Снятие



1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the engine from the vehicle (See page Нажмите здесь).



2. REMOVE NO. 1 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR (for CCo)


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and manifold converter insulator.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR (for DPF)

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and No. 1 manifold converter insulator.



4. REMOVE NO. 2 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR (for DPF)

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 manifold converter insulator.



5. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for CCo)

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and No. 1 manifold stay.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 manifold stay.



    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and No. 2 exhaust manifold stay.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts, manifold converter and gasket.



6. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for DPF)

  1. Disconnect the 2 exhaust gas temperature sensor connectors.

  1. Remove the bolt, nut and No. 1 manifold stay.

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and No. 2 manifold stay.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, nut and No. 2 exhaust manifold stay.

  1. Remove the 3 nuts, manifold converter sub-assembly and turbine outlet elbow gasket.



7. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO INSULATOR

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and insulator.



8. REMOVE NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS PIPE

  1. Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Place a container under the connection before disconnecting the No. 3 water by-pass hose because water in the hose may spill out.

  1. Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Place a container under the connection before disconnecting the No. 2 water by-pass hose because water in the hose may spill out.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and by-pass pipe.



9. REMOVE TURBO OIL OUTLET PIPE

  1. Remove the 4 bolts, 2 gaskets and outlet pipe.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Place a container under the connection before disconnecting the outlet pipe because oil in the pipe may spill out.


10. REMOVE NO. 2 TURBO OIL PIPE

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 gaskets and oil pipe.



11. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER STAY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, 2 spacers and turbocharger stay.



12. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 3 nuts, gasket and turbocharger.
