1. INSTALL TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install a new gasket and the turbocharger with 3 new nuts.

    Момент затяжки:

2. INSTALL TURBOCHARGER STAY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install a new turbocharger stay with the 2 nuts and 2 spacers.

    Момент затяжки:
    36 Н*м{370 кгс*см, 26 фунт-сила-футов}
    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Do not reuse the turbocharger stay.


3. INSTALL NO. 2 TURBO OIL PIPE


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install 2 new gaskets and the turbo oil pipe with the 2 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    35 Н*м{357 кгс*см, 26 фунт-сила-футов}

  1. Connect the 2 vacuum hoses.



4. INSTALL TURBO OIL OUTLET PIPE

  1. Install 2 new gaskets and the outlet pipe with the 4 bolts.

5. INSTALL NO. 2 TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install a new gasket and the pipe with the 2 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    for Bolt A:
    38 Н*м{387 кгс*см, 28 фунт-сила-футов}
    for Bolt B:
    28 Н*м{285 кгс*см, 21 фунт-сила-футов}

  1. Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to install the No. 3 water by-pass hose.



6. INSTALL NO. 1 TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install a new gasket and the pipe with the bolt.

  1. Using needle-nose pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to install the No. 1 turbo water hose.



7. INSTALL NO. 1 TURBO INSULATOR

  1. Install the insulator with the 2 bolts.

8. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Temporarily install a new turbine outlet elbow gasket and exhaust manifold converter with the 3 nuts.

  1. Temporarily install the No. 2 exhaust manifold stay with the 2 bolts and nut.

  1. Temporarily install the No. 2 manifold stay with the 3 bolts.

  1. Temporarily install the No. 1 manifold stay with the bolt and nut.

  1. Tighten the 2 bolts of the No. 2 exhaust manifold stay to the cylinder block (in the order of the upper bolt and lower bolt).

  1. Tighten the 3 nuts of the exhaust manifold converter to the turbocharger sub-assembly while pushing the manifold converter towards the turbocharger sub-assembly.

  1. Tighten the nut of the No. 2 exhaust manifold stay to the exhaust manifold converter.

  1. Tighten the bolt of the No. 2 manifold stay to the exhaust manifold converter.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Ensure that the stay is pushed flush with the cylinder block and manifold converter while tightening.

  1. Tighten the 2 bolts of the No. 2 manifold stay to the cylinder block.

  1. Tighten the bolt of the No. 1 manifold stay to the cylinder head.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Ensure that the stay is pushed flush with the cylinder head and manifold converter while tightening.

  1. Tighten the nut of the No. 1 manifold stay to the exhaust manifold converter.

9. INSTALL NO. 2 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR

  1. Install the No. 2 manifold converter insulator with the 3 nuts.

10. INSTALL NO. 1 MANIFOLD CONVERTER INSULATOR

  1. Install the No. 1 manifold converter insulator with the 5 bolts.
