  2. INSPECT DIRECT CLUTCH DISC

  3. INSPECT DIRECT CLUTCH RETURN SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSPECT DIRECT CLUTCH PISTON SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. INSPECT INTERMEDIATE SHAFT SUB-ASSEMBLY

Промежуточный Вал -- Проверка



1. INSPECT REVERSE CLUTCH DISC


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Check whether the sliding surfaces of the discs, plates and flanges are worn or burnt.
    If necessary, replace them.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. If the lining of any disc is peeling off or discolored, or even if a part of the printed mark is defaced, replace all the discs.
    2. Before assembling new discs, soak them in ATF for at least 15 minutes.


2. INSPECT DIRECT CLUTCH DISC


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Check whether the sliding surfaces of the discs, plates and flanges are worn or burnt.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

3. INSPECT DIRECT CLUTCH RETURN SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Using vernier calipers, measure the free length of the spring together with the spring seat.

    Standard free length:
    32.9 mm (1.2953 in.)


4. INSPECT DIRECT CLUTCH PISTON SUB-ASSEMBLY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Shake the direct clutch pin and confirm that the check ball is not stuck.

  1. Apply low pressure compressed air to the check ball and confirm that there is no air leakage.



5. INSPECT INTERMEDIATE SHAFT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Shake the direct clutch pin and confirm that the check ball is not stuck.

  1. Apply low pressure compressed air to the check ball and confirm that there is air leakage.
