  2. INSTALL 2ND BRAKE PISTON

  3. INSTALL 2ND BRAKE PISTON RETURN SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY

Поршень Тормозного Цилиндра Второй Передачи -- Повторная Сборка



1. INSTALL 2ND BRAKE CYLINDER O-RING


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Coat 2 new 2nd brake cylinder O-rings with ATF, and install them into the 2nd brake cylinder.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Do not damage the O-rings.


2. INSTALL 2ND BRAKE PISTON


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Coat the 2nd brake piston with ATF, and install it into the 2nd brake cylinder.

    ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:
    Do not damage the O-rings when pressing the 2nd brake piston into the 2nd brake cylinder by hand.


3. INSTALL 2ND BRAKE PISTON RETURN SPRING SUB-ASSEMBLY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install the piston return spring.

  1. Place SST on the piston return spring, and compress the piston return spring with a press.

  1. Using a screwdriver, install the snap ring.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    Make sure that the end gap of the snap ring is not aligned with the piston return spring claw.
