  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO WATER HOSE

  4. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO WATER HOSE


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Using pliers, grip the claws of the 2 clips and slide the 2 clips to remove the No. 1 turbo water hose.

    УКАЗАНИЕ:
    Place a container under the connection before removing the No. 1 turbo water hose because coolant in the hose may spill out.


4. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the No. 2 EGR valve.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts (*1).

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 nuts (*2), EGR cooler assembly and 2 gaskets.



    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

  1. Separate the No. 1 EGR pipe, No. 2 EGR valve assembly, EGR cooler, O-ring and 2 gaskets.
