DTC P1875 Buzzer Malfunction


DESCRIPTION

The buzzer inside the TCM sounds an alarm when the shift lever is moved into reverse or is mis-operated. This DTC is detected and output when power is not supplied to the buzzer built into the TCM.
УКАЗАНИЕ:
In addition, the buzzer sounds when one of the following conditions is met:
  1. When the TCM performs the shift rejection to prevent engine overrev.
  2. When the vehicle is stationary and the TCM operates the shift retry function.
  3. When the TCM judges that the clutch has overheated.

The TCM detects the following conditions simultaneously:
(1-trip detection logic)
  1. The buzzer does not sound
  2. The buzzer operation voltage is 3 V or less for 5.0 seconds

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK BUZZER OPERATION

  1. Turn the ignition switch on (IG).

  1. Shift the shift lever into reverse.

  1. Check the buzzer operation.

    OK:
    The buzzer sounds.

2.CHECK OTHER DTC OUTPUT (IN ADDITION TO DTC P1875)

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  1. Turn the ignition switch on (IG) and turn the tester ON.

  1. Select the following menu items: Powertrain / Multi-Mode M/T / DTC.

  1. Read DTCs.

    Result:

    		Proceed to
    P1875
    		A
    P1875 and other DTCs
    		B
    If any DTCs other than P1875 are output, troubleshoot those DTCs first.
