  1. INSTALL GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL ENGINE COVER BRACKET

  3. INSTALL ENGINE WIRE

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

1. INSTALL GLOW PLUG ASSEMBLY


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150.Система Запуска 2Ad-Fhv.Система Запуска.Свеча Накаливания Установка

  1. Install the 4 glow plugs.

    Момент затяжки:
    12.3 Н*м{125 кгс*см, 9 фунт-сила-футов}

  1. Install the glow plug connector with the 4 nuts.

    Момент затяжки:
    2.2 Н*м{22 кгс*см, 19 фунт-сила-дюймов}

  1. Install the wire harness with the nut (A).

    Момент затяжки:
    4.0 Н*м{41 кгс*см, 35 фунт-сила-дюймов}

  1. Install the 5 grommets.



2. INSTALL ENGINE COVER BRACKET


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Install the engine cover bracket with the 2 bolts.

    Момент затяжки:
    20 Н*м{204 кгс*см, 15 фунт-сила-футов}

  1. Connect the turbo pressure sensor connector and hose.



3. INSTALL ENGINE WIRE


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Connect the fuel pressure sensor connector.

  1. Connect the clamp and install the engine wire with the nut.



4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER


    COROLLA, AURIS. ZZE150 ZRE151,152 NDE150

  1. Attach the 4 clips to install the engine cover.

    ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
    1. Line up the 4 grommets using the oil filler cap and oil dipstick as guides.
    2. Push down on the four locations shown to install the cover.


5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
