Отцепите 2 передних крепления подушки сиденья от кузова автомобиля.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Поскольку рама подушки легко деформируется, аккуратно соблюдайте приведенные ниже указания.

1. Выберите крепление, которое будет отсоединяться первым. Расположите руки рядом с креплением, как показано на рисунке. Затем поднимите подушку сиденья, чтобы отсоединить крепление.
   

2. Повторите рассмотренную выше операцию для другого крепления.
   

Отсоедините 2 задних крепления подушки сиденья от спинки сиденья.

Снимите подушку сиденья.

Выверните 2 болта с передней стороны левого заднего сиденья в сборе.

Снимите 2 фиксатора.

Наклоните левое заднее сиденье в сборе вперед, чтобы вывернуть 2 болта, и снимите левое заднее сиденье в сборе.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Соблюдайте осторожность, чтобы не повредить кузов автомобиля.

Выверните 2 болта с передней стороны правого заднего сиденья в сборе.

Снимите 2 фиксатора.

Наклоните правое заднее сиденье в сборе вперед, чтобы вывернуть 2 болта на задней части, и снимите правое заднее сиденье в сборе.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Соблюдайте осторожность, чтобы не повредить кузов автомобиля.

Turn back the floor carpet. (for Hatchback)

Remove the butyl tape, then remove the rear floor service hole cover.

Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.

Turn back the floor carpet. (for Hatchback)

Remove the butyl tape, then remove the rear floor service hole cover.

Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.

Remove the fuel tank cap, then discharge the pressure in the fuel tank completely.

Disconnect the fuel tank main tube and return tube.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Before beginning this procedure, check for foreign matter on the joint clips. Clean if necessary.

1. Remove the 2 tube joint clips, then pull out the fuel tube joint from the plug of the fuel tank vent tube assembly.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   1. Keep the O-ring free of foreign matter, as it becomes contaminated easily.
      
   2. Do not use any tools in this procedure.
      
   3. Do not forcefully bend, kink or twist the tube.
      
   4. Put the tube in a plastic bag to prevent damage and contamination.
      
   5. If the fuel suction plate and tube are stuck together, pinch the tube and turn it carefully to disconnect it.
      
   6. Be careful not to damage the clips. If any clip is damaged, replace it.
      

Separate the No. 4 fuel tube clamp from the fuel tank vent tube assembly.

Using a 6 mm socket, set SST to the fuel pump gauge retainer.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Do not use any other tools such as a screwdriver.

УКАЗАНИЕ:

Fit the tips of SST on the ribs of the retainer.

While holding SST by hand, remove the fuel pump gauge retainer.

Remove the fuel tank vent tube assembly.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Do not damage the fuel pump filter.
   
2. Be careful not to bend the fuel sender gauge arm.
   

Remove the gasket from the fuel tank assembly.

Remove the fuel tank cap, then discharge the pressure in the fuel tank completely.

Disconnect the fuel tank main tube and return tube.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Before beginning this procedure, check for foreign matter on the joint clips. Clean if necessary.

1. Remove the 2 tube joint clips, then pull out the fuel tube joint from the plug of the fuel tank vent tube assembly.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   1. Keep the O-ring free of foreign matter, as it becomes contaminated easily.
      
   2. Do not use any tools in this procedure.
      
   3. Do not forcefully bend, kink or twist the tube.
      
   4. Put the tube in a plastic bag to prevent damage and contamination.
      
   5. If the fuel suction plate and tube are stuck together, pinch the tube and turn it carefully to disconnect it.
      
   6. Be careful not to damage the clips. If any clip is damaged, replace it.
      

Press on tabs A from both sides of the tube.

Pull on the tube in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.

Using a 6 mm socket, set SST to the fuel pump gauge retainer.

Remove the nut, grommet and 2 bolts, then remove the rear floor side member cover RH.

Remove the nut, grommet and 2 bolts, then remove the rear floor side member cover LH.

Remove the 4 bolts, then remove the rear floor side member brace sub-assembly.

Remove the 4 clips and the nut.

Loosen the grommet, then remove the rear No. 1 floor under cover.

Remove the 4 clips and the nut.

Loosen the 2 grommets, then remove the rear No. 1 floor under cover.

Remove the 3 bolts and nut, then remove the No. 1 fuel tank protector sub-assembly.

Loosen the hose clip, then disconnect the breather tube fuel hose from the fuel tank.

Loosen the hose clamp bolt, then disconnect the fuel tank filler pipe hose from the fuel tank.

Disconnect the fuel tank return tube.

1. Release the lock as shown in the illustration, then pull and remove the fuel tank return tube.
   

2. Pull out the fuel tank return tube from the pipe.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   1. Remove any dirt or foreign objects on the fuel tube connector before starting this step.
      
   2. Avoid any scratches or foreign objects on the parts when disconnecting as the fuel tube connector has the O-ring that seals the pipe.
      
   3. Perform this work by hand. Do not use any other tools.
      
   4. Do not forcibly bend, kink or turn the nylon tube.
      
   5. Protect the connected part by covering it with a plastic bag after disconnecting the fuel tank main tube.
      
   6. If the fuel tube connector and pipe are stuck, push and pull them to release.
      

Disconnect the fuel tank main tube.

1. Release the lock as shown in the illustration, then pull and remove the fuel tank main tube.
   

2. Pull out the fuel tank main tube from the pipe.

   6. If the fuel tube connector and pipe are stuck, push and pull them to release.
      

Remove the 2 bolts and the parking brake cable assembly.

Support the fuel tank using a transmission jack.

Remove the 4 bolts.

Lower the transmission jack to remove the fuel tank.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Do not drop the fuel tank.
   
2. When removing the fuel tank, tilt it slightly to prevent it from interfering with the suspension arm or other surrounding parts.
   

Loosen the hose clip, then disconnect the breather tube fuel hose from the fuel tank.

Loosen the hose clamp bolt, then disconnect the fuel tank filler pipe hose from the fuel tank.

Disconnect the fuel tank return tube.

1. Pinch the tabs of the retainer of the fuel tube connector to remove the lock claws and push it down as shown in the illustration.
   

2. Pull the fuel tank return tube out of the pipe.
   

   ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

   1. Remove any dirt or foreign objects on the fuel tube connector before starting this step.
      
   2. Avoid any scratches or foreign objects on the parts when disconnecting as the fuel tube connector has the O-ring that seals the pipe.
      
   3. Perform this work by hand. Do not use any other tools.
      
   4. Do not forcibly bend, kink or turn the nylon tube.
      
   5. Protect the connected part by covering it with a plastic bag after disconnecting the fuel tank main tube.
      
   6. If the fuel tube connector and pipe are stuck, push and pull them to release.
      

Disconnect the fuel tank main tube.

1. Pinch the tabs of the retainer of the fuel tube connector to remove the lock claws and push it down as shown in the illustration.
   

2. Pull the fuel tank return tube out of the pipe.

   5. Protect the connected part by covering it with a plastic bag after disconnecting the fuel tank main tube.
      
   6. If the fuel tube connector and pipe are stuck, push and pull them to release.
      

Remove the 2 bolts and the parking brake cable assembly.

Support the fuel tank using a transmission jack.

Remove the 4 bolts.

Lower the transmission jack to remove the fuel tank.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Do not drop the fuel tank.
   
2. When removing the fuel tank, tilt it slightly to prevent it from interfering with the suspension arm or other surrounding parts.
   

Remove the No. 1 fuel tank cushion and 3 No. 2 fuel tank cushions.

Remove the fuel tank return tube from the fuel tank.

Remove the fuel tank return tube from the fuel tank.

Remove the fuel tank main tube from the fuel tank.

Remove the fuel tank main tube from the fuel tank.
