Стартер (Для 1,1 Квт) Разборка. Corolla Auris

Remove the nut, and disconnect the lead wire from the magnet starter switch.

Using a T25 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 screws holding the magnet starter switch onto the starter drive housing.

Remove the magnet starter switch.

Remove the return spring.

Remove the plunger from the starter pinion drive lever.

Remove the 2 bolts and starter yoke from the starter drive housing.

Remove the plate from the planet carrier.

Hold the starter yoke in a vise between aluminum plates.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Do not overtighten the vise.

Remove the 2 screws and starter commutator end frame cover from the starter commutator end frame.

Remove the slotted washer.

Remove the washer.

Remove the starter commutator end frame from the starter yoke.

Remove the starter brush holder from the starter armature.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Do not pull on the rubber.

Remove the starter armature from the starter yoke.

Remove the 3 planetary gears from the planet carrier.

Remove the starter center bearing clutch, starter pinion drive lever and starter drive housing cover from the starter drive housing.

Using a screwdriver, move the pinion stop collar down to the starter clutch.

Using a screwdriver, remove the snap ring.

Remove the starter clutch from the planet carrier shaft.

Using 2 screwdrivers, remove the snap ring from the planet carrier shaft.

Remove the washer from the planet carrier shaft.

Remove the planet carrier shaft from the planet carrier.
