REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR
REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER
REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT
REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY
REMOVE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

| 2. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER |
| 3. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER RH |
| 4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL |
Loosen the radiator drain cock plug.
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- Collect the coolant in a container and dispose of it according to the regulations in your area.
Remove the radiator reservoir cap.
- ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:
- Do not remove the radiator reservoir cap while the engine and radiator are still hot.
- Pressurized, hot engine coolant and steam may be released and cause serious burns.
Loosen the cylinder block drain cock plug.
- УКАЗАНИЕ:
- The plug is on the backside of the generator on the exhaust manifold side.
Ослабьте болты A и В.
Ослабьте болт C и снимите поликлиновой ремень.
- ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:
- Не ослабляйте болт D.
| 7. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY |
Снимите заглушку контакта.
Отверните гайку и отсоедините жгут проводов от вывода B.
Отсоедините разъем и зажим жгута проводов.
Выверните 2 болта и снимите генератор в сборе.
Выверните болт и снимите кронштейн зажима жгута проводов.
| 8. REMOVE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY |
Remove the 5 bolts and water pump assembly from the timing chain cover.
Remove the water pump gasket from the timing chain cover.
