Using vernier calipers, measure the free length of the compression springs.

УКАЗАНИЕ:

If the free length is less than the minimum, replace the compression spring.

Using a plastic hammer and wooden block, tap in a new gasket until its surface is flush with the exhaust manifold.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Be careful with the installation direction of the gasket.
   
2. Do not reuse the gasket.
   
3. Do not damage the gasket.
   
4. Do not push in the gasket by using the exhaust pipe when connecting it.
   

Install the exhaust pipe supports, and then install the front exhaust pipe assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 compression springs.

Install the exhaust pipe support, and then install the center exhaust pipe assembly with the 2 compression springs and 2 bolts.

Install a new exhaust pipe gasket.

Install the exhaust pipe support, and then install the tail exhaust pipe assembly with the 2 bolts.

Using SST, install the oxygen sensor to the front exhaust pipe assembly.

with SST:

40 Н*м{408 кгс*см, 30 фунт-сила-футов}

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.)
   
2. Do not damage the oxygen sensor.
   

Connect the oxygen sensor connector.

Check that there are no exhaust gas leaks from the points (joints of the exhaust pipes and installation points of each sensor) shown in the illustration.
