LUMBAR SWITCH (for Power Seat) - REMOVAL

  • CAUTION:
  • Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
  • HINT:
Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.
1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

Remove the front seat assembly ().

2. REMOVE SLIDE AND VERTICAL POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

Apply protective tape as shown in the illustration.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

  • HINT:
  • Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
3. REMOVE RECLINING POWER SEAT SWITCH KNOB

Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the reclining power seat switch knob.

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD LH

Remove the 2 screws.

Disconnect the 2 rubber bands.

Lumbar Switch (For Power Seat) - Removal. SEAT. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Remove the 3 screws.

Detach the 2 claws and remove the front seat cushion shield LH together with the front inner No. 1 seat cushion shield LH.

for Driver Side:


Disconnect the connector.

5. REMOVE LUMBAR SWITCH (for Driver Side)
Lumbar Switch (For Power Seat) - Removal. SEAT. Land Cruiser URJ200 URJ202 GRJ200 VDJ200

Remove the 2 screws and switch.
