Install the generator assembly with the 3 bolts.

25 Н*м{255 кгс*см, 18 фунт-сила-футов}

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Make sure that the wire harness of the crankshaft position sensor does not get caught between the cylinder block and the generator assembly when installing the generator assembly.

Connect the generator wire to terminal B with the nut and bolt.

for Nut:

for Bolt:

7.7 Н*м{79 кгс*см, 68 фунт-сила-дюймов}

Install the terminal cap.

Connect the generator connector.

Using SST and a 22 mm wrench, rotate the tensioner pulley counterclockwise, and then install the V-ribbed belt.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Make sure that the belt is set properly at each pulley.
   
2. Make sure that SST is installed as shown in the illustration. If not, SST and/or the belt may not be able to be remove.
   

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ:

1. Be careful as the wrench only fits loosely on the belt tensioner tool set point. The wrench may come off the set point and cause injuries.
   
2. Be careful that your hands do not become jammed between parts such as the belt, pulleys, etc.
   

Установите правое усиление элемента передней подвески и закрепите его 4 болтами.

Момент затяжки:

96 Н*м{979 кгс*см, 71 фунт-сила-футов}

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Предварительно затяните болты A и B, а затем полностью затяните 4 болта в следующем порядке: C, B, D и A.

Install the 6 clips and upper radiator air deflector.

Attach the 4 clips to install the engine cover.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Line up the 4 grommets using the oil filler cap and oil dipstick as guides.
   
2. Push down on the four locations shown to install the cover.
