Using vernier calipers, measure the free length of the compression springs.

УКАЗАНИЕ:

If the free length is less than minimum, replace the compression spring.

Using a plastic hammer and wooden block, tap in a new gasket until its surface is flush with the exhaust manifold converter.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Be careful with the installation direction of the gasket.
   
2. Do not reuse the gasket.
   
3. Do not damage the gasket.
   
4. Do not push in the gasket by using the exhaust pipe when connecting it.
   

Install the exhaust pipe supports, then install the front exhaust pipe assembly with the 2 compression springs and 2 bolts.

Install the exhaust pipe support, then install the center exhaust pipe assembly with the 2 compression springs and 2 bolts.

Install a new exhaust pipe gasket.

Install the exhaust pipe support, then install the tail exhaust pipe assembly with the 2 bolts.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

1. Do not reuse the gasket.
   
2. Do not damage the gasket.
   

Using SST, install the air fuel ratio sensor.

without SST:

44 Н*м{449 кгс*см, 32 фунт-сила-футов}

with SST:

40 Н*м{408 кгс*см, 30 фунт-сила-футов}

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ:

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.)

Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector.

Check that there are no exhaust gas leaks from the points (jointed parts of the exhaust pipes and installed parts of each sensor) shown in the illustration.
