DESCRIPTION
The No. 1 ultrasonic sensor (rear left sensor) is installed on the rear bumper.The clearance warning ECU detects obstacles based on signals received from the rear left sensor. If the rear left sensor's circuit has an open, short or other malfunction, it will not function normally.DTC No.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

Remove the ultrasonic sensor.
Measure the resistance of the sensor.
- Standard resistance:

- Set the tester to the 100 kΩ range before performing the measurement.

Disconnect the Q37 ECU connector.
Disconnect the S1 sensor connector.
Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
