  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

Oil Pump -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Remove the 10 bolts, oil pump cover, drive rotor and driven rotor.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the drive and driven rotors.


2. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the oil plug.

  1. Remove the valve spring and oil pump relief valve.
