  1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for EVAP)

  2. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Vacuum Switching Valve (For Evap) -- Installation



1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE (for EVAP)


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20.4Gr-Fse Emission Control.Emission Control System.Vacuum Switching Valve (For Evap) Installation

  1. Install the VSV to the intake air connector.

  1. Connect the 2 hoses.

  1. Connect the connector with the clamp.



2. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Engage the 2 clips on the front of the cover, and then engage the clip on the rear to install the V-bank cover.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be sure to engage the clips securely.
    2. Do not apply excessive force or do not hit the cover to engage the clips. This may cause the cover to break.
