1. INSPECT EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY

Check the EGR valve position sensor.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  • Standard Resistance:

    3 (VC) - 2 (E2)Always2.45 to 4.55 kΩ
  • HINT:
  • The temperature indicated under "Condition" is the temperature of the EGR valve assembly.

If the result is not as specified, replace the EGR valve assembly.
