Fuel Pump Disassembly

Disconnect the fuel sender gauge connector.

Press down on the sender gauge claw labeled A. Then slide the sender gauge upward.

Using needle nose pliers, remove the E-ring.

Disconnect the wire harness.

Disengage the 2 claws and remove the fuel suction plate with filter.

Disengage the claw of the jet pump nozzle.

Using a screwdriver with the tip taped, remove the jet pump.

Remove the O-ring from the jet pump.

Disengage the 5 claws on the filter and remove the fuel pump from the fuel filter.

Remove the fuel pressure regulator from the fuel filter.

Remove the O-ring from the fuel filter.

Using a screwdriver with the tip taped, disengage the claw and remove the bracket.
