  1. REMOVE NO. 2 FRAME WIRE

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

  4. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Rear Fog Light)

  5. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Rear Fog Light)

  6. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Fog Light)

  7. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Fog Light)

  8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD LH

  9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD RH

  10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER STEP CUSHION

  11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 STEP COVER

  12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER NO. 2 SIDE BRACKET (w/ Tire Carrier)

Rear Bumper (W/ Pintle Hook) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE NO. 2 FRAME WIRE


  1. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Rear Fog Light:



    1. Disconnect the 6 connectors.


      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Exterior Panels Trim.Front Bumper (For Standard).Rear Bumper (W/ Pintle Hook) Disassembly

    2. Detach the 14 clamps and remove the No. 2 frame wire.



  1. w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/o Rear Fog Light:



    1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. Detach the 12 clamps and remove the No. 2 frame wire.



  1. w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System, w/ Rear Fog Light:



    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the 13 clamps and remove the No. 2 frame wire.



2. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)
HINT:
Use the same procedure for both No. 2 ultrasonic sensors.


  1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

  1. Detach the claw and remove the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor as shown in the illustration.

3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Detach the 8 claws and remove the rear bumper energy absorber.



4. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Rear Fog Light)


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 3 screws.

  1. Detach the guide and remove the reflex reflector assembly LH.



5. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Rear Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


6. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Fog Light)

  1. Disconnect the connector and detach the wire harness clamp.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and rear fog light assembly LH.



7. REMOVE REAR FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Fog Light)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD LH

  1. Remove the rear bumper pad LH.



9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER STEP CUSHION


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the rear bumper step cushion.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for all rear bumper step cushions.


11. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 STEP COVER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Detach the 10 claws and remove the rear No. 2 step cover.



12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER NO. 2 SIDE BRACKET (w/ Tire Carrier)

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Detach the 7 claws and 2 clips, and remove the rear bumper No. 2 side bracket and rear bumper No. 3 side bracket.
