Headlight Dimmer Switch -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY


  1. for Clamp Type:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Set the headlight dimmer switch assembly onto the steering column making sure that the stopper protrusions and cutout parts align.



      2. Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    2. While loosening the band clamp, attach the claw to install the headlight dimmer switch assembly.

    3. Connect the connector.

  1. for Press Fit Type:

  1. Align the 2 stoppers of the headlight dimmer switch assembly with the 2 cutouts of the steering column and set the headlight dimmer switch assembly.

    1. Attach the claw to install the headlight dimmer switch assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.



2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  1. Attach the claw to install the windshield wiper switch assembly.

  1. Connect the 2 connectors.



3. INSTALL SPIRAL CABLE
