  1. REMOVE COOLING UNIT BRACKET

  2. REMOVE REAR SIDE NO. 3 AIR DUCT

  3. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

  4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

  6. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

  7. REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR

  8. REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE WIRING AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY

Rear Air Conditioning Unit (W/O Heater) -- Disassembly



1. REMOVE COOLING UNIT BRACKET

  1. Remove the 2 screws and bracket.



2. REMOVE REAR SIDE NO. 3 AIR DUCT

  1. Remove the 2 screws and duct.



3. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE

  1. Remove the screw.

  1. Detach the claw and remove the drain hose.



4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the packing.

  1. Remove the bolt and 2 screws.

  1. Remove the air conditioner accessory assembly.

  1. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner accessory assembly.



5. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Detach the clamp.

  1. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and expansion valve.



6. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.



7. REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.



8. REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 12 screws and rear cooling unit case LH.

  1. Remove the evaporator.

  1. Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator.



9. REMOVE WIRING AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY
