Rear Air Conditioning Unit (W/O Heater) -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE COOLING UNIT BRACKET |

Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
| 2. REMOVE REAR SIDE NO. 3 AIR DUCT |
 |
Remove the 2 screws and duct.
| 3. REMOVE DRAIN COOLER HOSE |
 |
Remove the screw.
Detach the claw and remove the drain hose.
| 4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the packing.
Remove the bolt and 2 screws.
 |
Remove the air conditioner accessory assembly.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioner accessory assembly.
| 5. REMOVE REAR COOLING UNIT EXPANSION VALVE |
 |
Disconnect the connector.
Detach the clamp.
Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts and expansion valve.
| 6. REMOVE BLOWER RESISTOR |
 |
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 2 screws and blower resistor.
| 7. REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR |
 |
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.
| 8. REMOVE EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY |
 |
Remove the 12 screws and rear cooling unit case LH.
Remove the evaporator.
Remove the 2 O-rings from the evaporator.
 |
| 9. REMOVE WIRING AIR CONDITIONING HARNESS SUB-ASSEMBLY |
