  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Install the front seat belt anchor plate.



    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Seat Belt.Seat Belt Tension Reducer System.Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly (For Bench Seat Type) Installation

  1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly LH with the nut.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat.

  1. Connect the connectors and attach the clamps.

  1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly RH with the nut.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly to overlap the protruding part of the front seat.

  1. Install the front seat inner lap belt sub-assembly LH with the bolt.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the seat belt to overlap the protruding part of the floor.
