ACCELERATOR PEDAL - REMOVAL
| 1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Floor Under Cover) |
Remove the 2 screws.
Detach the 3 claws.
Disconnect the connectors and remove the No. 1 instrument panel under cover.
| 2. REMOVE ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY |
- NOTICE:
Avoid excessive force to the accelerator pedal sensor.
Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
This accelerator pedal does not requite lubrication.
Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.
Do not apply oil or other lubrication to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.
If applied, the accelerator pedal sensor assembly must be replaced.
Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector.
Remove the 2 nuts and accelerator pedal.
