Unlock Warning Switch Installation

  1. INSTALL UNLOCK WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL IGNITION SWITCH LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER

  4. INSTALL UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER

  5. INSTALL LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER

  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Unlock Warning Switch -- Installation



1. INSTALL UNLOCK WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY

  1. While pushing the pin, slide the warning switch to install it.

  1. Connect the unlock warning switch connector.



2. INSTALL IGNITION SWITCH LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  1. Turn the ignition switch lock cylinder assembly to ACC.

  1. Insert the ignition switch lock cylinder assembly into the steering column upper bracket assembly to install it.

  1. Check that the ignition switch lock cylinder assembly is securely fixed in place.



3. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Connect the transponder key amplifier connector.

  1. Align the claw of the transponder key amplifier with the upper bracket.

  1. Push in the transponder key amplifier and install it to the upper bracket.

    NOTICE:
    Do not push in the transponder key amplifier with excessive force as it may be damaged.


4. INSTALL UPPER STEERING COLUMN COVER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Attach the claw to install the upper steering column cover.

  1. Attach the 4 clips to install the upper steering column cover onto the instrument cluster finish panel.



5. INSTALL LOWER STEERING COLUMN COVER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Attach the 2 claws to install the lower steering column cover.

  1. Install the 3 screws.



6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).
