  1. DRAIN CLUTCH FLUID

  2. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

  3. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

Clutch Master Cylinder (For Rhd) -- Removal



1. DRAIN CLUTCH FLUID


2. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

  1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the tube.

    HINT:
    Use a container to catch the fluid.


3. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

  1. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip, slide the clip and disconnect the clutch reservoir tube.

    HINT:
    Use a container to catch the fluid.


4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

  1. Loosen the clutch pedal bracket bolt.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts.

  1. Disconnect the clutch pedal from the clevis, and remove the master cylinder.

  1. Remove the gasket.
